This website is operated by Que Pasa, a trade name of DCT Ecom ("we", "us", "our"). Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Que Pasa. Que Pasa offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from it, to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
When you visit our website and/or purchase something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"), including any additional terms and policies referenced herein and/or available via hyperlink (such as our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy). These Terms apply to all users of the website.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our website. By accessing or using any part of the website, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer under Dutch and EU law.

1. Online store terms
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or that you have given us consent to allow any minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You must not transmit any worms, viruses or code of a destructive nature. A breach of any of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your access to our services.
2. General conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any lawful reason, at any time. You acknowledge that your content (excluding payment information) may be transferred unencrypted and may be altered to conform to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Payment information is always encrypted during transmission. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or exploit any portion of the service without our express written permission.
3. Accuracy and completeness of information
The material on this website is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decisions. We are not obliged to update the information on our site, and it is your responsibility to monitor changes.
4. Modifications to the service, prices and conclusion of the contract
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time.
The presentation of products in the online shop is a non-binding invitation to order, not a binding offer. By clicking the "Buy"/"Checkout" button you make an offer to purchase. You will receive an automated confirmation of receipt of your order by email; the agreement is concluded once we confirm acceptance of your order. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example due to a pricing or stock error or suspected fraud), in which case any amount already paid is refunded.
Warranty: the statutory consumer warranty rights under Dutch and EU law apply. Our products must conform to the agreement.
5. Products
Certain products may be available in limited quantities. Every effort is made to display product colours and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen displays colours correctly.
All our products are printed to order and shipped directly to the consumer from our fulfilment partner in China. Any customs duties, import taxes or clearance charges are the responsibility of the customer (see our Shipping & Delivery Policy). We reserve the right to limit quantities or restrict sales to any person or region, at our discretion and in accordance with the law.
6. Accuracy of billing and account information
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases, and to keep it updated so we can complete your order and contact you if needed.
7. Optional third-party tools
We may provide access to third-party tools that we neither monitor nor control. Such tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. Any use of them is at your own risk.
8. Third-party links
Certain content and products available through our service may include material from third parties. Third-party links may direct you to sites not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for their content or accuracy and are not liable for any harm related to third-party sites or products. Please review their policies before transacting.
9. User submissions
If you send us comments, ideas or other submissions, you agree that we may use, edit and publish them without restriction or compensation, and without obligation to keep them confidential. You are responsible for the content you submit; it must not be unlawful, infringing, offensive or contain malicious code, and must not impersonate others.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
11. Errors, inaccuracies and omissions
Occasionally information on our site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping costs, transit times or availability. We reserve the right to correct such errors and to change or update information — or cancel an order — if any information is inaccurate, at any time and without prior notice (including after you submit your order).
12. Prohibited uses
You may not use the site or its content: for any unlawful purpose; to encourage unlawful activity; to violate any regulation or law; to infringe intellectual property rights; to harass, abuse or discriminate against anyone; to submit false information; to upload viruses or malicious code; to collect others' personal data; to spam, phish or scrape; for obscene purposes; or to interfere with the security features of the site. We may terminate your access for violating any prohibited use.
13. Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability
We do not warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. Except where expressly stated, the service and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. This clause does not exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory Dutch or EU consumer law, including your statutory warranty and withdrawal rights.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Que Pasa / DCT Ecom and its affiliates, officers, employees and suppliers from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision is severable and does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
16. Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or us. Obligations incurred before termination survive. We may terminate the agreement at any time if you breach these Terms, and you remain liable for amounts due up to the termination date.
17. Right of withdrawal and returns
As a consumer you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, and we additionally offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. The full conditions, the returns process and the model withdrawal form are set out in our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
18. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with any policies posted on this site, constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any prior agreements.
19. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply where relevant. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
20. Changes to these Terms
You can view the most current version of these Terms at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update or replace any part of them by posting changes on our website. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
